Our Story Our connection with pistachio farming on the Greek island of Aegina dates back to 1908, the starting point of our family’s journey according to our company records. Since then, we have remained dedicated to producing Aegina Pistachio P.D.O. and creating a range of products that showcase the character of the pistachio. Our cultivation has evolved alongside our family while remaining rooted in the place where it began. [We do not yet have confirmed information about when the current producers took over, or about a specific challenge or turning point that shaped this journey.] The Land Aegina has a dry, warm climate, with volcanic and calcareous soils and the influence of the nearby sea. According to our records, this combination contributes to the distinctive characteristics of Aegina Pistachio P.D.O. These growing conditions are an integral part of our cultivation and shape every harvest on the island. How We Work We grow our pistachios exclusively on Aegina, the home of Aegina Pistachio P.D.O. [We do not yet have confirmed information about specific cultivation choices, why they are made or what they cost.] We use our harvest to produce pistachios in different forms, including in shell pistachios, kernels and pistachio based products. [We do not yet have confirmed information about decisions made during harvesting or processing.] [A third production choice and its associated cost have not yet been confirmed.] Our aim is to offer products made from our own Aegina Pistachio P.D.O. harvest.
