Our Story

My name is Polymnoa Retsela, and I founded Polina's Traditional Products with a simple goal: to create traditional Greek pasta inspired by the flavours I grew up with. After spending several years abroad, I returned to Greece determined to build a small workshop focused on authentic recipes, carefully selected ingredients, and consistent craftsmanship.

I believe that truly good food comes from simplicity and attention to detail. Every batch is prepared with care, allowing us to offer traditional pasta that brings genuine Greek flavour to everyday family meals.

The Place

Our workshop is based in Avxentio, Xanthi, in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace. Agriculture has always been an important part of everyday life here, and the local landscape continues to shape the way we approach our work.

Every product is prepared in our workshop with the same commitment to consistency and careful production, bringing traditional Greek pasta from our village to kitchens across Greece.

How We Work

We produce our pasta in small batches using carefully selected ingredients and a production process that focuses on consistency at every stage. From preparation to packaging, every product receives the same level of care and attention.

Our goal is to preserve the character of traditional Greek pasta while offering products that families can enjoy every day.
