Extra virgin olive oil from Katouna in Aitoloakarnania, western Greece, from a grove planted tree by tree since 2016. Apostolos Maltezos, an agronomist and producer, tends the olive trees himself and makes an extra virgin olive oil with a clear, single origin. This Medeleon olive oil comes in a 500ml bottle and works for everyday cooking, drizzled raw over salads and fresh vegetables, for roasting and cooking, or simply with a piece of bread.
