Our Story JAMin was created from our love for the land and our passion for making products based on seasonal ingredients. We are Alexandros and Anna, and we come from an agricultural family where farming and food production have always been part of everyday life. Two years ago, we decided to establish our own professional workshop to produce our own jams and sauces. Since then, we have continued to develop our work by combining ingredients from our own crops with carefully selected produce sourced from local growers. Our Ingredients We believe every product begins with its ingredients. That is why we grow part of the fruit and vegetables we use ourselves, including strawberries, tomatoes and oranges. At the same time, we work with local producers, selecting seasonal ingredients according to the needs of each recipe. How We Work All of our jams and sauces are produced in our professional workshop in small batches. We do not use preservatives and focus on carefully selecting the ingredients used in every recipe. Every product is prepared with the same level of care, from choosing the raw ingredients through to the final packaging.
